Intorduction : When you launch the Outlook app on your PC, the first thing it will do is to load the Outlook Profile. An Outlook mail profile is made up of e-mail accounts, data files, and information about where your e-mail is stored. Your Outlook profile may be corrupt and you can’t start Outlook. When the Outlook profile is damaged, it may throw out errors like, “Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. The operation failed.” If this is the cause, you can create and use a new Outlook profile. Following are the easy steps to create a new profile for Outlook in Windows 10.

 Here’s how.

1. Open Control Panel (click Windows button and type Control Panel).
